ALLEGIANCE CLAIMS
Read before anything
here you are able to claim your side in this present period of terror. will you side with the death eaters in ruling over the wizarding world or will you stand with the order as they attempt to take back the wizarding world? there is also another choice to not stand with either side, not wanting to join either side. if you are a spy for the death eaters or order, please indicate this when posting below.
NOTE TO MEMBERS/THOSE JOINING: when making a character, please take into consideration the side with smallest amount of members since we want to ensure there is an equal amount of death eaters and order of the phoenix members.
LEADERSHIP: if you want to be a leader of the order, death eaters, witch hunters, or guardians of hogwarts - you must PM GAMBIT with a roleplay sample of your character in action. to be considered for a death eater leadership position, your character must portray cruelty and smarts. for a order leadership position, your character must portray bravery and the ability to lead a group. for a witch hunter leadership position, your character must portray fighting skills without magic. guardians of hogwarts leaders must be in their sixth or seventh year in order to considered. they must also be capable of an extremely difficult spell, charm, making a difficult potion, etc to be considered. you must have 10 in character posts with your characters to be a leader of any of the groups. keep in mind, do not portray your character as something they may not be in order to have a leadership spot. when leadership positions are full, the info boxes on this page will no longer say to be decided for leaders.

the death eaters have been in charge of the wizarding world since 2023. with them in control of azkaban, the ministry, and hogwarts - life has been dreadful since they took over. for the purebloods, life has been grand as long as they support the death eaters. their members have been marked with the dark mark just as in the past, also these marks are unable to be removed. the only members that have not been marked with the dark mark are werewolves and vampires due to their tainted blood. the main goal of this group is to purify the wizarding world by killing off muggleborns and squibs.

the order of the phoenix rose from the ashes in late august 2026 as they began recruiting members. they held their first meeting in september to decide their leaders. this group is highly underestimated due to the young age of several of its members, the children of the fallen order. despite their young age, these members were around very talented wizards and witches throughout their lives thus they are quite capable of extraordinary feats. members of this group communicate through the use of owls, using ink that can only be read by a order member. when they signed their name on the sheet of order members, a memory charm was used on the parchment. any letters addressed to those members will only reveal themselves to that member. if someone else attempts to read it, all they will see is a blank page.

this group is made up entirely of muggles. they have knowledge of the wizarding world, having met wizards or witches in their travels. these muggles are either searching for revenge for a member of their family that was killed by the death eaters or want to stop the madness. some have the general sense of who is a bad witch or wizard, while some believe every magical being is evil. without magic, they rely on tools such as guns, knives, bows and arrows, and other numerous items. with the three years that has passed, they have trained themselves to the point where they could be a threat to a witch or wizard. there will be no wizards or witches part of this group.

headquarters: room of requirement
this group is made up entirely of the students from hogwarts. after dealing with disapproval from their older siblings, friends, and family - they have decided to form together their own group. the name guardians of hogwarts was decided upon because it would not feel right using dumbledore's army with dumbledore long gone. this group's mission is to defend itself against the death eaters that are currently at hogwarts. they will hold sessions in the room of requirement to learn stronger charms and spells to defend themselves. there is no age limit on the students admitted into this group because the members believe everyone would benefit from learning more in this group. this group may participate in attack events and help the order once the order finds out about them.
GUARDIANS OF HOGWARTS MEMBERS
NEUTRAL
this group is made up of anyone who is unwillingly to get involved in the war or can not choose a side. these folks are most likely ones that have not been affected by the war enough to choose a side. neutrals do not have a leader nor a headquarters as they will not be trying to bring down either side. they may participate in attacks between the three groups and may end up eventually choosing a side. this group can be made up of any member group on the site, including muggles.
