THE MAIN PLOT
Twenty eight years ago was suppose to be the beginning of a period of peace. May 2nd marked the day that Lord Voldemort was defeated by Harry Potter. Kingsley Shacklebolt became the minister of magic. Minerva McGonagall became the headmistress of Hogwarts. The former students and professors began to put their lives back together, mourning the loss of their loved ones. Children were born to the generation of students that had lost so much in the second wizarding world, growing up without the experience of darkness and death. With the end of the second wizarding world, Dumbledore's Army was dissolved. The death eaters from the battle, several managed to avoid capture by the aurors. The death eaters, who avoided going to Azkaban, went to Sweden. They easily overtook the Durmstrang Institute. In the twenty five years that passed, the death eaters had children of their own. As the children grew up, they attended Durmstrang Institute and learned dark magic. The death eaters were awaiting the perfect moment to attack, to reclaim their home as their own.
Twenty five years passed before the death eaters made their move back to England. First, they went to Azkaban where several of the death eaters had been imprisoned after the second wizarding war ended. After the second wizarding war, Azkaban was replaced with anyone that failed the auror training though was still capable of guarding the prison. It was during this fight that a small amount of former auror trainees, chose to side with the death eaters and enabled them to breakout anyone captured during the second wizarding war. Any former auror trainees that did not side with the death eaters were murdered viciously. After obtaining more numbers, the death eaters went to the ministry. The battle at the ministry lasted for several hours, neither side refusing to back down. The outcome of the battle was the death eaters overthrowing the minister. Kingsley Shacklebolt, Harry Potter, a majority of the aurors, and many ministry workers were killed during the battle. With the ministry under control, the death eaters assigned certain people to different positions. The first act of the new minister was that the auror office was blown to pieces with dark magic. It was declared aurors were no longer needed. Any aurors that had survived and were found, were put under the imperius curse. They were to serve as the perfect soldiers for the ministry, if they were found. The former aurors in training that had sided with the death eaters, were put together as a small group to always be on the lookout for aurors. They had gone through the training of an auror, so they would have had an idea of where an auror would have hid. In Azkaban, they set up the ideas that the new prisoners of Azkaban were to be squibs, muggleborns, any former order family members, and blood traitors. The prison became known as a place that wasn't really a prison, but more of a place where people were held until they were no longer deemed entertainment for the death eaters. Anyone captured and sent to the prison were eventually killed or tortured into insanity. The most infamous case resulting from the prison were the Malfoys (minus Scorpius) were tortured to losing their sanity.
Hogwarts was the final place to be overrun by the death eaters. It only happened two days after they took over the ministry and Azkaban. The battle at Hogwarts was the one place where several of the adults apparated to the castle, to protect their children from harm. The battle was a close one due to the knowledge of the death eaters returning to Britain. Despite their best efforts, Hogwarts was eventually claimed by the death eaters. McGonagall, Ginny Potter (protected Lily Potter), Ron Weasley, Seamus Finnigan, and several others lost their lives during the battle. Several of the students and adults were bitten by Fenrir Greyback and other werewolves as well due to the night being a full moon. With the death eaters taking over the school, some students fled the premises and their parents refused to allow them to return. The students that stayed, were determined to protect other students in the school. Some were just too stubborn to leave as well, wanting to pursue their education. Some were overjoyed with the death eaters taking over their education. Some were getting ready to prepare themselves for the third wizarding war and learn the weaknesses of the death eaters. As soon as the battle was ended, the death eaters had the students left line up. Any students that were known to be muggleborns, were killed on sight in front of their fellow peers. Effective after the battle, muggleborns were no longer admitted into the school. As a result of the new rule, muggleborns were either left to be destructive to anyone around them, had to venture into the wizarding world (if they found it) when they entered adulthood, or had to be lucky enough to find a witch or wizard to teach them. Also effective after the battle, Fenrir Greyback and his werewolves were allowed to make the Forbidden Forest their new home. If anyone attempted to escape or was just looking to explore the grounds, they were to be attacked by a werewolf and possibly killed.
The order had attempted rising from the ashes though the members who attempted to take back Hogwarts were killed or severely injured in the process. They had attempted to take back Hogwarts six months later after the battle. After losing more members of their families, the former order members backed off the death eaters. Three years has passed since the death eaters took over the wizarding world. Since then, squibs have been killed to nearly extinction with very few remaining. The muggle studies class has been turned into a class learning the evil behind muggles, learning how worthless they are and how to see who is really a muggle when in the city of London. A dark magic class was added to the curriculum, with students learning dark magic and performing it. This class was made as a requirement for all students for every year. Death eaters have filled a majority of the professor spots at the school, torturing their students if they got a question wrong in class. They also reduced them to 'detention' which was either going into the forbidden forest to be attacked by a werewolf or to the dungeons to be tortured. Halfbloods are usually the ones that receive the punishments more than purebloods. Several former order families have been forced to go into hiding since the death eaters have been getting revenge for the death of Voldemort. Each day, someone new is killed or missing.
Unknowingly, the order is about to rise again after two months of planning with new members of those that have fallen. The order has been formulating a plan to take back what belongs rightfully in the hands of those that do not use dark magic. Those who would rather have justice than revenge served. The very small amount of professors allowed to stay in Hogwarts (mainly due to their intelligence in a subject) have joined the order, gathering information. They also have secretly not followed the policy of torturing students as punishment and have been looking out for the students. There have been rumors of the death eaters planning to purify the wizarding world, attempting to gain records of every single pureblood family left. This is to ensure that the wizarding world can survive without halfbloods, so the death eaters can kill every single one. With so much going on, the order has to rise from the ashes and ensure the wizarding world sees that there is no bad blood.
