Pretty much open to any suggestions although I am gonna be a bother about friendships with Nim as she's not the type to make friends.

Nimrodel is a young stoic girl that hardly ever displays her emotions or shows how she feels. While she's kind and caring at heart she doesn't show it to anybody. She hides herself behind a carefully forged mask while her parents fight to gain her allegiance. Her father is loyal to the death eaters and her mother to the order. Nimrodel herself has no desire to choose sides and is loyal to nobody but herself so far. She has both light and darkness strongly present within her but she's not easy to lure out. Those that try to control her usually end up hurt or more. She refuses to accept anybody that tries to dominate her and this is a huge part of why she doesn't join sides. She also doesn't like pushy people that try to push or pull her in a certain direction. She's strong and independent to the extreme. It would be nice to see her melt a little but she's not going to change.
She also loves singing and music and although she hides her love for it, she could bond with somebody over that if they somehow discover her abilities. She's contradictory in both believing that the world needs a hero but not believing that heroes exist. Her fantasies are extremely positive but she doesn't believe that they will ever be more than mere figments of the imagination.
Overal she's a girl with a mask, kind at heart but difficult to interact with. She might be rich and pureblood but she certainly doesn't judge others. Out of self preservation she doesn't let her real ideals show though.
NEEDS/POSSIBILITIES: Interactions mainly. People that might try to befriend her for some reason or just people she casually interacts with. Maybe some boy that is interested and captures her heart? And if anybody wants their character killed in a very cruel and painful way, just try to dominate Nim and give me permission to take them out.
24, alchemy professor, SINGLE
Lisette is the Alchemy professor at Hogwarts. Born in happier times this girl was doomed from the start either way. She was born Jane Amelia Torquatus but given up at birth. She was lucky to be adopted by a squib and a wizard though and found herself in a loving home. Naturally that all changed at some point. Lisette saw her adoptive mother murdered and was raised with a grandmother that had gone insane by torture in the first wizarding war. All in all she knows a thing or two about the cruel aspects of the world, which made her join the order. She wants to do good and make the world a better place again.
Despite a rough past Lisette is still a good person and a kind one, even if she doesn't always show it. She works hard to make sure she walks that fine line of balance between giving away her true allegiance and not doing bad things. It's hard but she tries her best, partially in order to protect the students.
NEEDS/POSSIBILITIES: Lisette mainly needs friends. She's bound to have a few enemies as well though so that could get interesting. She's also looking for love, although she's not sure how she can find it in such a cruel world.

Nim would probably consider Camden to be rather annoying so she'd most likely ignore him half the time. I think they could have decent interaction though, as she's not usually the type to be rude. I think they could get along, for as far as possible with Nim ^^
I think Madison and Nim would probably have some sort of mutual understanding to ignore and be ignored without seeing issues with that.
Nim might actually be distantly curious about Sean. She'd never turn that into any interactions apart from maybe staring at him from time to time. If he happens to notice that at some point he can easily consider her creepy? xD

However he's known among the D.E. circles as potentially joining their ranks so that might affect how she sees him. Anyway. I could see him coming up and talking to her and trying to get her to talk and smile. WELCOME ALL  And thanks for plotting with me ^^ Okay, here goes: Ziggy: So pretty much the same as Camden. She'd usually find him annoying but be nice to him either way. He might be able to get her to smile but probably not a genuine one.... I'm not really sure if she knows how to actually smile. Tallulah: Yes, I like that idea. While I think they have the potential for friendship I really want to thread them out to see if they match up the way we think they do (: Since it's not really in Nim's nature to make friends that would be quite an achievement for anybody, lol. So yeah, I'd love to thread these two Scorpius: Yeah, she'll just be the girl in class making dreamy eyes at the teacher. I think she'd totally have a bit of a school girl crush on him. he's totally free to take advantage of her if he wants to so that should be very interesting. She'll certainly never really get distracted his classes, or maybe just a little. Pricilla: Her dad is a death eater (if an NPC can be one) but her mum is not. If that means she doesn't have to hide from her, that's rather nice. Milagros: I'd love to find a way for maybe Milagros to end up a mentor/tutor kind of deal with Nim. I think that's actually one of the few things that would get Nim excited. She'd want to keep it a secret for at least as long as she's in school though. Anything to avoid trouble at school, lol. Mathis: It's quite difficult to get her to smile but it might be interesting to see how she responds to him as a potential future death eater. Her dad is one while her mother strongly opposes them and she wants to stay neutral in that little divorce/war thinggie. She wouldn't want to appear to favour either side, which could get between them but might not do so either.. interesting. William: I'm not sure if she takes runes or not yet but I think they'd see each other around the halls. I don't know if they'd interact much though, considering how closed off she is. feel free to hit me up for threads any time <3 |

LISETTE &&albus: albus potter is 20 years old, a former ravenclaw, and a former auror in training. he's currently on the run from the de's since he was one of the aurors that survived the ministry attack. depending on when lisette began teaching at hogwarts, al may know her as a professor/ta. if not, then he still might have seen her around in school. they would probably have gotten to know each other through the order (though al is the type to sit in the back and just listen, carry out instructions, etc. he's not really outspoken, and he's not in a leader position in the order). i can definitely offer al up as a friend for lisette. he lost both of his parents in this war, and so if anything, he'd understand her. c: mikah: mikah leventhal is 22, a former gryffindor, and currently plays quidditch professionally for puddlemere united. if lisette is interested in quidditch at all, or reads the sports section of the prophet, then chances are, she'd know her, lol. mikah recently came back to the uk after spending a few years playing for a us team, so she's definitely out of the loop and has no true idea of what is really going on in the wizarding world. her mother was recently killed by the death eaters, but she hasn't aligned herself with anyone yet. maybe lisette talks her into it? otherwise, i can offer mik up as a friend as well. they might have bumped into each other once upon a time in hogwarts or something, as mikah is a social butterfly! elias: elias leventhal is 31, also a former gryffindor. he's mikah's brother, and he used to play quidditch professionally as well, but now coaches the appleby arrows. he was huge in the quidditch world for a while until his injury followed by a fast decline, but he's traveled the world and is super successful. guess it's hard for people not to have heard of him at one point. anyways, he's an order member, so chances are, lisette and him would know each other. he's a kind soul, and i guess once again, i can offer him up as a friend lol. c: he's really the type to reach out to those in need, whether it be a shoulder to cry on or just someone to listen to a rant. i can see them being pretty close within the order, and elias would try to convince her that there's still good in the world. c: |

I think that XANTHE THALIA THOMAS and @nimrodel probably wouldn't get along. Xanthe is quite a loud person and very opinionated, she will quite happily argue with someone for hours about how they are wrong and she is right. So I think they would butt heads, but Xanthe would probably try to dominate her, she has a sense of leadership and likes it when people follow her lead. But she isn't a violent person, and if she gets angry she channels her anger into quidditch so I'd never see her attacking Nimrodel unless she attacked her first! I think VICTORIA FELICITY WARRINGTON would've been one of @lisette students when she was studying, and Victoria was a very bright girl. She achieved and O in Alchemy and now has became the head of potion and plant poisoning. I'm not sure how they'd get on but she would've been one of Lisette's top students.

i think that they'd either get along, or just ignore each other. della is a year older than nimrodel and pretty reserved ever since her parents' death. she's been focusing on her studies with everything that she has and not doing much anything else. they're kind of the same because of the fact that they wear a mask but are kind at heart. so, what do you think?

della is very much involved in her classes. she does everything she can to get the best grades possible, and that might mean harrassing her teachers with questions, sometimes. since she's taking alchemy, i can see the two of them interacting in that context.

Nimrodel & Locryn Could maybe have a mutual understanding? Locryn's got a fair number of dark witchs and wizards down his mother's side (mostly in the field of necromancy) while his father and stepfamily are all order supporters and very vocal about hating anything dark, so he'd sort of get what sort of pressure Nimrodel's under. Not sure they'd be extremely close and Locryn at least wouldn't willingly tell people about his home life, but maybe they've got the sort of relationship where they know that the other understands and they just feel kind of comfortable with each other even if they never really talk about it? Lisette & Locryn So. Not sure if you're aware of this, but Annie (Delphine Truman's player) and I had the idea that one day Locryn was going to accidentally set the alchemy classroom on fire during a lesson. This being Lisette's subject, this is obviously going to involve her at some level  On a different note, maybe Lisette starts to get a bad feeling about Locryn's knowledge base at some point? He's been studying necromancy at home with a ghost so he'd be entering the classroom with quite a specific background knowledge which she could maybe spot and try to find out about at some point? Otherwise I think Locryn would greatly like her as a teacher. & Murtagh Maybe they get set up on a blind date or something? She's looking for love, his family's of the opinion that he should remarry so maybe one of her friends knows one of his cousins and they arrange things? Obvious complications with their different allegiances, but seeing as Murtagh's only with the death eaters because they promised him custody of his epileptic daughter if he supported them whereas the previous regime refused on the grounds that her magic flying everywhere would violate the statute of secrecy maybe someone encourages Lisette to keep talking to him in case he lets things slip/can be turned? |
