SLAM!
The door to her own office was slammed shut as the blonde kicked her chair. She could care less on whoever saw her do so, things were getting out of hand and she had no clue what she should do about it. An attack on the hospital! A goddamn hospital! Don’t these people have boundaries? What did Isadora need to tell the people’s relatives? This war was taking a huge toll on the people inside the ministry and everyone outside of it as well.
Isadora knew exactly what would be said about the attack, collateral damage in overdrive. The blonde looked at the paperwork covering her desk, showing no signs of a desk anymore. All lost cases of where people were being dominated by the death eaters. From small families to the Waters family. Isadora had all these files because they were all unsolved cases. The woman sighed as she dumped the St. Mungo file on the rest of the pile.
Isadora picked up the chair she knocked over and sat down on it. The last thing she asked for was the death eaters on her doorstep convincing her to join them. She had enough of those people around already. For one there was her brother who seemed to be convinced that she and her sister should join a side in the war. There was also her best friend who also believed she should join the death eaters. All together she just did not want this to happen to her or her family at all.
Isadora grabbed the files and started to place them in order inside a filing cabinet. She wanted order in this office and with all these unsolved cases and two nights without sleep it nearly felt impossible. Isadora joined no side on this war and she didn’t plan on joining any side of it either in the nearby future. All she wanted was her quiet and peaceful life to remain like it always had been. She wanted to go on a run with her sister, she wanted to be able to go shopping without finding dark objects.
All Isadora asked for is peace. A knock on the door made the woman let out a sigh and look up at the ceiling while she stood their, filing her paperwork. “ Come in. “ she answered and turned to face whoever felt the need to bug her this early in the morning. She never socialized with anyone here.. she never tried to either. Isadora and new people often didn’t go well at work, she always had to be sure they were clean cut and well dressed.
Something she did not try to judge the death eaters on. She shoved her chair away so that the people could actually come in. It was a tiny office but big enough for two people to have a normal conversation in without being afraid that they might bump heads. A perk as it were in being a hit witch. Her walls were decorated with copies of famous paintings that were well known all over the world. Her desk was made of a darker wood type and she had two large book cases full of books about any spell or potion or even historical events.
Isadora found her office quite the cozy one, she even had her own fireplace.
