Ziggy Micha'el Moreno #Bio

Sigurd - or Ziggy as he is known, is 5'11". As a kid he was thin as a green bean. Now, that he is growing up, he is made of pure lean muscle. When he is wearing clothes, sometimes it's hard to tell that there is anything under there besides bone and skin... but if you are lucky enough to see him sporting a bare chest, you will see just how cut he is. Zig's skin is naturally on the pale side, despite his Filipino ancestry on his father's side. However, in the summer, those genes kick in and his skin warms up to a more golden color. His eyes are averagely brown. He has jet black hair that has natural waves and curls to it. Ziggy prefers to wear is long. It's often left hanging down and to it's own devices, but he isn't opposed to a man bun or a man pony if the situation calls for it. Zig doesn't always shave. He is getting to the age where he is more man than boy so he likes to show it when he can get away with it. Then again, sometimes he isn't trying to be a hairy hipster, sometimes he's just pure lazy. Ziggy hates wearing his school uniform. He often looks very disheveled when he has to wear robes. When he is not in class, he wears whatever the hell he wants, any way he sees fit. Some days he looks like a homeless guy and other days he looks very fashion forward. You never really know what you're going to get with him.





Ziggy is the type of person who is either loved or hated. He is mostly a lover, but those he hates, he hates with a fierce passion. Ziggy hates people who think they are better than others, for whatever reason. He hates people who discriminate people who are different. Ziggy finds it very easy to make new friends and new enemies. He loves a good joke and a good prank. He is rebellious and brave of heart. He is also stubborn. Some people are unable to tell when he is being silly and when he is being serious at times. Ziggy doesn't mind taking punishments if its for a good cause because he knows it will only continue to justify his revenge later.  Ziggy is also very flirty.  He flirts with all the hotties.  He doesn't really realize how much he does it.  Zig can be really chill or really flamboyant depending on his mood and the scene.  He has a big heart and doesn't give fuck what haters think.

Ziggy was raised by two very loving parents. When he was born, his older siblings Jakob and Kaiyah had already come along. Ziggy wasn't the baby of the family for long. Soon after, he was followed by his younger sister and younger brother. Ziggy's older sister never received her Hogwarts letter. Her powers had never manifested. It was really hard for Kaiyah to cope with what it meant to be a squib in a family of witches and wizards. Even though it was a hard adjustment, and stares and name calling were imminent ... no one was afraid for her life... like they later would be when the ministry fell yet again to the evils of this world.

Ziggy was the type of kid who was always causing sneaky mischief. He was always busy plotting something or other - in the name of fun of course. He was never mean hearted or cruel. He just liked to laugh. As he began to realize that his sister wasn't like the rest of them... and saw how the other wizard kids treated her, he like his older brother became very protective of her. It didn't matter that she was older and smarter. In his mind, she needed him. She need him to shield her from bullies and anyone else that came to bother her.

When he left for Hogwarts, he felt bad he had to leave her behind. He was sorted into Gryffindor house and couldn't be more excited. It was always a bit of a dream of his to follow the footsteps of Fred and George Weasley (the greatest masterminds of their time). He always wondered if had one of their beds and little things like that. When he finally got around to unpacking his suitcase he realized he had mostly packed goodies from Weasley Wizard Wheezes. Ziggy later had to write home for his parents to send some things like text books and clothes that he had failed to pack. His parents were clearly unhappy about the situation, as made apparent by their sending of multiple Howlers. Despite their attempt to discipline him, he was never phased by normally embarrassing occurrences; nor did he have much of an ear for warnings, rules and lecturing. Ziggy was a bright kid and able to learn quickly. However, he had a short attention span and would much rather spend his class time having fun with his friends, rather than listening to his professors drone on.

During the summer break after his first year, his mother was diagnosed with cancer. The cancer metastasized quickly. No wizard, witch or muggle doctor could cure her ailment. She passed away just after Halloween in his second year. Ziggy was very much affected by the death of his mother. It was really difficult for him to think that she was gone forever. He stopped caring entirely about his studies. Why did anything matter if you could just die at any moment anyways? At least, that's how he saw it. Ziggy got Trolls in all his classes. He ended up being held back year because of it.

In his third year of Hogwarts he had to repeat his second year. That meant that he was now in the same grade as his younger sister. It was the first time he really felt embarrassed about anything. It was the first time he felt the sting of getting teased by his peers. Luckily, she was a Ravenclaw so he didn't have to see her in every class - which was a small but needed relief. Ziggy got his act together... well, just enough to pass his classes. He didn't care to be Outstanding, all he wanted was to be "acceptable". That was enough for him. Ziggy didn't measure his strengths and abilities by his grades. He knew what he was capable of. He didn't need grades to define him. This was also the year that their younger brother, joined them at Hogwarts (naturally, he was sorted into Hufflepuff).

When Ziggy finally got to his real third year he was satisfied with where he was. He was now 14 and it was becoming very clear to him that wasn't only attracted to beautiful women... but beautiful men as well. It was something he always kinda knew but was now finally being very open about it. Ziggy knew some of the other kids weren't going to accept him for who he was, or he was attracted to. He just had to brush it off and not care about everyone and their shitty worthless opinions. He was just going to be who was and say "fuck you" to anyone who felt the need to judge him.

In Ziggy's fourth year, the ministry fell to the hands of the Deatheaters. His father an auror, and his older sister a squib, both went missing in the chaos. Their bodies were never found. However, his older brother discovered that their luggage bags had also gone missing. They could never be positive, but they assumed that somehow their father had escaped the ministry the day it went down and managed to get their sister into hiding. At least, this is what Ziggy held on to, it kept him going. He couldn't imagine a world where his sister was dead and his father insane and imprisoned in Azkaban. His older brother was now in charge of the care and welfare of his three younger siblings. It wasn't just the ministry that had fallen, but Hogwarts as well was taken over by Deatheaters and their evil kind. This happened only several days after the ministry. The battle was more than intense. In the moment of the chaos, Ziggy didn't care what happened as long as he kept his younger siblings safe. When the battle was over, Ziggy originally just wanted to leave. He wanted to find his father and help protect his older squib sister. However, his older brother convinced them to stay at Hogwarts and keep the trail cold. That was the best way to protect them.

Ever since Deatheaters have taken over, Ziggy has been standing up to them. He doesn't care what they do them if he is standing firm in what he believes in and protecting those who are weak to protect themselves. Sometimes he goes to far which makes his younger sister very afraid for his safety. He often worries that his younger brother will get himself hurt by following him and his rebellious ways. Ziggy tries very hard to shelter his younger siblings.









YEW WAND:

DRAGON HEARTSTRING CORE:
