here's hoping we collide - beating heart, open

here were some things that Margaret had to accomplish before heading back home. First, she had to pick up some food for the party in the next few days. Second, she had to head over to her sister's Adelaide's to get the cake for that party. Finally, she had to make her way to her mother's house to bake sweets which will mostly consist of brownies and biscuits. Fantastic. Her day was filled with doing things she didn't really want to. It was early in the afternoon and with one foot in front of the other she made her way down the busy street toward a store to gather the food for the party. She debated taking out her mobile to call her mother to see if she needed anything else that would need to be added to the long list. As she walked she moved her handbag to the front of her body, reached into a pocket that was closer to her body, and grabbed her mobile. Right as she started to take it out, a body crashed into her and she went tumbling to the ground. She looked around to see if there were anyone who noticed, but luckily for her the street was empty. Realsing what just happened, Margaret looked up at the person and after realisign that the person didn't want anything from her she started to stand up. As she did, she made sure to keep her arms wrapped around her handbag just in case the other person decided to get any ideas. After all Margaret did know a few skills. plus she had pepper spray.

"Sorry, I should of been paying attention to where I was going." Something that her parents always told her to do, but of course, Margaret rarely listened.
