This event will be taking place at St. Mungos, the hospital of the wizarding world in Britain. The event page will be posted early though will not be accessible until January 21st for posting. This event is an attack event. This event will focus on the death eaters attempting to wipe out any healers and current patients, who are not with them. The death eaters want to eliminate people that will willingly take care of order members when they are injured or tortured to madness. The death eaters have found out about the order rising again since the torture of Charlotte Finnigan thus they will be targeting people specifically to weaken the order before it can even spread its wings. This event will last about three weeks depending how popular it is. This attack event will not be taking place on a full moon thus if you have a werewolf character, they will not be transforming and biting people. The setting of this event when it starts will be the third week of October 2026.
#1 WHAT IS AN ATTACK EVENT An attack event is an event where your character will be placed into a random small group of characters in a thread. Your small group will have to work together to survive or flee. Your groups will randomly be selected by the admins. Still, there is a chance you may be placed in a thread with an ally or rival. You do not need to stay with your group and can eventually leave them to go to a different thread with someone else (you will have to make your own thread or need to notify an admin that you will be joining another group's thread). We do require that your character is posted at least three times in their present group thread before you can leave the group, please keep that in mind. If you want your character to be killed in this event, you must PM an admin. An attack event also starts the group threads with a good amount of characters injured or having to deal with something. If you sign up for an attack event, you are giving the admins' permission to make the first post in the group thread with information about each character in the group being injured. We will not kill a character off unless permission is given nor will we start a group thread with a character dead. If you want your character to die, they will start out with a fatal injury and you must post as that character even just once before they die. In some cases, your character may not be injured at all and may have to deal with a situation such as losing their wand or a full moon (if they're a werewolf).
#2 PARTICIPANTS This thread is going to be happening at St. Mungos thus it will mostly be a thread for our adult characters. Students are permitted to sneak out of the castle to participate in this battle, but keep in mind, students may end up injured too. A requirement, if your student managed to sneak out for the order meeting, you will not be allowed to include your student in this event. The only way that they may participate in this thread, is if you plot with a death eater character about consequences for him/her sneaking out of the castle twice. Both the death eater and you must PM an admin, so your student can sneak out of the castle for this event. Keep in mind, not every death eater is faithful to the death eaters, so you don't necessarily have to throw your student into arms way. Please note again, this is an attack event. You will be placed into a thread with random characters in a small group. This is a great opportunity to meet characters you may not have plotted with. The admins will randomize who is in what group. We will not kill off any character and will use your injury selection, if your character is injured. Keep in mind, we'd appreciate that not every character has just a scrap on their knee or something. This is an attack, so be realistic when selecting an injury for your character. Even if your character is not injured, they may have lost their wand. So keep all this in mind before signing up for this event because it is not your typical party or meeting event.
