` CLAIRE ROWLE :  when she had moved to britain, she hadn't formed many relationships until she had ended up in hogwarts. it was during those years that she had made friends in the country that she hadn't even been to before moving to it. she had met xander during her first year though they didn't hit it off until later on since she was more focused on her studies, quidditch, and becoming head girl than boys especially first starting out at hogwarts. her main friends had been the girls in her dorm and if they had been asked about her past, it would have been all positives. she could have been a bitch at times, but for the most part she wasn't what people expected from her last name. it wasn't until they had been out of hogwarts that xander and her hit it off, they even began dating one another a year after their school years ended. the first try at them as a couple had gone great though it went downhill when they had a fight and both agreed to break up for the best, remaining friends instead. she knew of his desire to help muggleborns before anyone else, showing just how much they had trusted one another in the past. now, the box was no doubt going to be an awkward half hour ride. she had been to the london eye before though this time was out of following him instead of coming on her own desire to do so. xander had greeted her, with surprise in his features. she hadn't said anything back to him as he processed her appearance and instead looked at the others around them in the box. after what had happened to her, a friend had apparated her to xander's for help since the two's relationship had been known to others. it just wasn't known that they both shared the same idea to help muggleborns to that same friend. after that, they had tried dating again though she had been quite clingy and obsessive with him. even when he had said that they were going to breakup, she had gone to some extremes to get him to stay with her. it was a surprise that he hadn't just dragged her off to st. mungo's and had instead, let her wander the wizarding world where she had taken up a job as a daily prophet writer. before all that had gone down, she had been a quidditch player for the holyhead harpies, a talented one at that. however, that team saw what had happened to her. she had lost her mind not that she had much knowledge of that herself. she couldn't see what was wrong with her, to be perfectly honest. she had turned her attention back to him when he said wow then gave her a hug which led to her putting her arm around him, hugging him back. 'mmm cologne was what she thought though she had pulled away from him when he had retreated. he had asked what had brought her to the eye. claire said, "i was walking by here and saw you, so i followed you since we haven't talked in a while." she partially told the truth since she had followed him from elsewhere, but he didn't need to know that. she asked, "how have you been?" claire had leaned back in the seat, leaning against the wall since the ride was going to be so long.

` CLAIRE ROWLE : so much had happened in claire's life to shape who she had become presently. being an only child, claire had grown up outside of britain with her father. thorfinn had went to sweden like the rest of the death eaters to escape azkaban after the second wizarding war. however, at the age of ten, her father had abandoned her mother and her. he had left both of them on bad terms, being quite cruel to the both before leaving. by cruel, that meant using hateful words to them, especially towards a ten year old. it was unclear why he had been like that to them since their family had always gotten along until that point. after thorfinn left sweden, her mother moved to britain with her in tow. it was the following year that claire began school at hogwarts and was sorted into slytherin. it wasn't because of negative traits that most people associated with slytherins that got her into the house. claire was quite determined and a natural leader, showing it with her group of friends that she kept around her. she had been quite determined to be part of the quidditch team and had even set a goal of being head girl, something she accomplished in her last year of school. her life had been quite normal until three years ago when the death eaters came to britain. originally, she had joined the death eaters like her mother had. her mother had decided upon it to keep them safe and claire had followed along with her. however, after a year of it all, her mother and her had decided to betray them by helping muggleborns escape azkaban. the end result was bloody and brutal with her mother killed in front of her through the use of sectumsempra and her being tortured nearly to the point of losing her insanity. since then, she has become a completely different person. some would say that she should be in st. mungo's seeking help though she refuses to go there. due to her history, she had been labeled as being quite obsessive over things or people that had shown a care for her. something that had led to her present career of being a daily prophet writer and present hobby of following alixander warrington to the london eye. the two had actually dated twice before and well, she wasn't over him at all. the second breakup had been quite ugly between the two, but it was to be expected since she had been tortured so badly. if anyone had been keeping tabs on him, it was her. she had followed him to the london eye, ending up in the same box as him with a few other people. claire already knew that he was interested in some blonde bimbo, she had her sources. she moved around the people in the box, appearing next to him and she took a seat next to him. claire said, "hey xander." she wasn't going to try anything in the ferris wheel with anyone around and honestly, she didn't sit too far from him. it was quite sad to think that before all that had happened, the two were still on good terms. now they were just on awkward terms which she didn't tend to keep in mind whenever she managed to run into him. many people had tried reminding her of that, but she either didn't care or couldn't help herself. it was the price of being left with no one in her life and seeing someone killed before her eyes. she had a smile on her face despite the awkward situation that bound to form in the box where neither of them could go since there were no doubt, a few muggles in the box with them.
