Louis liked the truth, which is why he initially pursued writing. To find out the truth and expose it to the world, but by the time the young Weasley was out of hogwarts and with journals and journals of his writings, the wizarding world had fallen to shit, and he was forced to write lies to the public about how wonderful purebloods is and how terrible just about everything else was. Which was, perhaps, why he was constantly on the edge with his editor. The last piece he wrote got cut entirely, in fact most of the ones he'd written for weeks have. But Louis didn't care, rather that then be part of a corrupt system. Unfortunately, he needed a job to help support his mum, and with his sisters doing their own thing, he sort of took it upon himself.
He felt the cold too, but it hardly bothered him, Louis was, how they say, warm blooded. Rarely getting cold and if he did he warmed up within minutes. So Louie nodded to her slightly. "Cold?" He asked, preparing to give her the jacket he'd brought in. Hell she could keep it, it was just a raggedy old thing he's had since he was a tiny little ginger.
Puffing out his cheeks for a moment before releasing the air, Louie straightened and gave her a teasing look. "You mean manly and tough." He said, in response to the you're adorable that has undoubtedly come out of his sisters' mouths for years. It was obvious he wasn't as fit as some of his other cousins. But hey, hercules had nothing on fucking James. So, Louis settled with a sassy mouth and a cute smile. Even if it drew words like 'adorable' and 'cute' from the lips of very very very attractive women that he meets at bars. Clearing his throat again, "I'm strong like bull." Nodding once like this was some serious comment, while it entirely wasn't.
"I hate it, actually." He said with a grin, "But I love to write, so...I deal. What about you? What's the profession that goes with your super awesome face?" Okay, now he was just being ridiculous.

life's too short , to even care at all, im losing my mind Louis had gone to the battle on James' orders. People were getting hurt and he needed to be there. He came late, as much of the order did. But it wasn't long of his fighting before he had been hit very hard right to his chest, knocking the wind out of him and making his legs give out and he fell to the roughened floor. Zoning in and out of consciousness he looked up only to see a few men ahead of him. Searching himself uselessly for his wand, Louis felt the impact of the cruciatus curse. The pain was then all he felt. Nothing else until it stopped and he heard his sister's voice.
Louis spoke wobbly for his sister, muttering something of a 'victoire' but he didn't see her. He didn't see a lot of things, it was blurry and just... bright. But he felt someone pulling on him and tried to keep his eyes open. What now? Was he going to be flung out a window on top of everything? but he heard familiar voices and groaned. life's too short , to even care at all, im losing my mind Plenty of them too. Louis forcibly stopped his thoughts from running wild as he thought about that. "Cool." he said simply... looking down and trying to push his mind to something else.. anything else.
Louie looked down at his notebook and shrugged, "Reporter, Journalist... well they both tell lies lately. But the latter is usually what I go with. I like the adventure of it instead of just the reaction. You know. It's in the hunt." Not that the poor girl cared, but Louis was there to share. As he always would present people with more information than they cared about. He was the least eloquent person in the history of the world until he put something down on paper.
"Louis." He replied with an easy grin, "But people usually call me Louie, or Lou, or dip-shit." The freckled face teased her with a smile, looking back at his drink. "Purely out of... love, I'm sure." He spoke again, now rambling. "but.. well, It suits me, actually." Yeah he was pretty sure she didn't give any fucks about whether or not his family called him by any name. because his name is technically louis. Louis william. or Louis bill, or Louie bill, or wow the list really went on. Louis couldn't decide what his favorite was and now he was failing. "But. It's really nice to meet you." And it was, she was bloody beautiful, and he wondered if he should tell her so. And well, he had no filter so without any thought he blurted.
"Really like your .. you know. tattoos, and hair. It's pretty." He nodded. the smile was nice too, but that was obviously pushing it further than the ledge in which he was now crashing to his death from. Great, Louis, now she'll be running in a different direction and get a freaking restraining order.

But Louis, ever lacking control in his own actions, glanced at her. She was really.. really pretty. The way her hair fell... and was that a tattoo? Or more than one? Damn. He looked forward again, probably not as subtle as he wanted to be, but where some people walked through life in ballet shoes, Louis walked through life in heavy ass boots that clonked around and broke everything. He couldn't really help that about himself, and it certainly made things ever entertaining. For him and those around him. Louie looked at her.
"So... tattoos." He started, and then blanked. Yes, this was going well. He was a fucking writer and he couldn't communicate properly. Veela or not, there was no gift in the world that could make him talk to women better. Besides at that moment she seemed to fall out of her seat. Or at least lose her balance. He flailed slightly, arms going towards her but she seemed alright. "Well, shit. are you okay?" He asked, his usually low voice breaking slightly from the stress of the beautiful girl nearly falling onto the disgusting ass floor. "You know they haven't washed that floor since the 1960s, don't you?" Louis grinned easily.

Max & Alixander ;; he's a researcher for the ministry, not sure how they'd meet. but i think they'd actually be pretty good friends! He's a warrington which is one of those more uppity families, but he's like completely down to earth, and sort of excommunicated himself in a lot of ways.
Tiberius & louis weasley ;; he's such a cutie!!!! I think he and louis may get along? friends? He won't really judge him and things... ?
Max & Louis! ;; think they're both daily prophet writers!! Louis hates his job so freaking much because he's so opinionated but he loves writing. So he's still there. Besides he likes being in the know of information coming in even if he's lying about the information going out. anyway. xD ideas?

Ariella & Louis ;; Sounds good to me! He's got an open thread around hogsmeade, I think, if you wanted to thread. But I do think they'd be awesome friends :3 with him crushing terribly because he's a child. But yeah, he'll be good for her because he cares. Like too much all the time. The open sass that he has is kinda a front to be a shield, but he's also totally there for people. I think he'd be a bit uncomf if he knew she was favoriting the death eaters. And attempt to talk her out of it. which could cause issue. :3
Hayley & Camden ;; he's a goofy goober... rock. He talks far too much and nearly always drops sass out of his bottom. But he's a great friend and would love to be there for her!
Hayley & Sean ;; Hufflepuffs! he's a year older, a flirt, manwhore, sorta. He's selfcentered far too interested in quidditch. But can be pretty genuine when he drops the charade he's worked so long to build up. So maybe friends? Or old flirts? Not sure. Ideas?
Alix & Ariella ;; Alixander has a habit of going to the bar to find information. He's rough around the edges and kind of guarded when it comes to what he says and what he doesn't. Priscilla & Amos Lestrange ;; They'd, well, probably know eachother. :3 How well? Not sure. Amos is a bit reserved and the type to sulk in a corner and people watch speaking a grand total of like 10 words throughout the evening. "Strong, silent type" in other words. he's an unspeakable and good at secrets. But I think he'd think her spoiled and dislike conversing with her. Unless he viewed their sassy back-and-forth as a kind of game? Ideas?
Priscilla & Alixander Warrington ;; part of the big 12 bad guy names... he's a bit of loner. Kind of quiet and rough around the edges. Prefers to being outdoors than in a lavish party. Actually, he'd probably knaw his leg off before he would step foot in his parents decorative dinner parties. So I can't imagine theyd' get along (even though Alixander is really good friends with matthieu Carrow) .
Scorpius & Louis Weasley ;; Having eyes on that there little baby cousin of his (that really isn't even little or baby at all). Louis is opinionated but once you get his good opinion, you're pretty much in. I noticed Scor is in/supporting the order, and Louis would be skeptical but respect him for it. Maybe they even become friends. ??
Ziggy & Camden Davies ;; friends!!!!!  They're both goofs and adorable. and i think they'd get along wonderfully.
Ziggy & Sean Finnigan ;; possible future love interest of Juliet. He's a flirt and a bit of a self-centered ass when he wants to be. I don't know how Ziggy would feel about this, though I can bet Sean probably wouldn't know ziggy really existed until he like hit him in the face or something.

Louis is the kind of guy who will definitely crush on her if they ever encountered. Splutter out some sort of form of sentencery and then fall flat on his ass. He's a goober with a loud mouth and a louder pen. He's a writer for the daily prophet of lies and hates every minute of it. But has started his own paper that's meant to get the word of truth out. So far it's anonymous, but who knows. He's not easy to trust particularly lately. But he's an easy friend. I bet he'd have gone to the bar every so often and want to just hear about her, and talk to her about deep things and not silly small talk. and I'm rambling... also I will add the rest of the characters soon too. :3 But yeah. ideas?

life's too short , to even care at all, im losing my mind Louis was on break from the prophet, and boy was it well needed. The issue with being a Weasley in this sort of world meant that he was so often subjected to being between writer of everything (due to others' laziness) to the simpler task of coffee fetcher. The fucks didnt' even see his ability to turn any kind of story into gold, but he wasn't allowed to anymore because now they forced him to write garbage for the sake of spreading lies to the masses. One day a story will cross his desk and he'll give them all a piece of what they've consistently given to him. Louis slid a firewhiskey along the bar, staring into the amber liquid. It wasn't smart to drink, he was certain of that, afterall he was the biggest lightweight in the whole entire fucking weasley family. It has been proved in all the holiday parties. Still, Louis felt like it was due to him.
He paid for the drink and went to the loo. He had always chosen the hogs head because of the stories of heroism that took place here. The portrait of Ariana and the story that changed a family. His uncles and Aunts, his friends and family that gave their lives to fight back and this place was a huge part of that. Coming back from the bathroom, Louis plopped back down at the bar and yawned. He seriously needed to get a life. Do something more than just write all the time. He figured carpal tunnel was the least of his worries, however. Particularly with the new post he's created. That was just asking for him to get killed. Luckily it's stayed anonymous for this long, Louis took a long drink, despising ever bit of it.
