Everette & Murtagh
Might know each other from the death eaters? Murtagh's not a very enthusiastic member, he only joined because they promised him custody of his epileptic daughter whereas the previous regime intended to keep her on a secure ward all her life, but he has been there from the overthrow. Not sure how much information he'd have even then, given his lack of enthusiasm, but maybe she could use him to help her gain information? I think he'd like Everette if he got to know the real her, otherwise he'd just be polite and try to avoid upsetting her in case she tortures him next.
& Locryn
Locryn might have featured on the long list for a potential husband? Don't think it would go anywhere - he's not got anything else going for him apart from being pureblood and about the same age, really - but could make for an interesting thread or two.

Callum & Murtagh
I was thinking that maybe Murtagh used to be a regular at the bar where Cal worked? Five years ago Murtagh lost his wife to a magical accident in which his daughter suffered enough damage to leave her with seizures and he spent the next two years arguing with the ministry about being able to take her home when her magic flying everywhere during seizures was a serious threat to the statute of secrecy, so maybe he spent those two years haunting Cal's bar and sort of becoming his friend then? He'd have dropped off the face of the earth around the time he joined the death eaters and he'd be horrified to hear what had happened to Cal's family, so it could make for some interesting drama/interactions?

Rose & Locryn
Not sure if she'd have ever been one of his teachers seeing as he's a seventh year and dropped history of magic after his OWLs, but he'd probably vaguely know her just because they're both at Hogwarts. Maybe she could try to encourage him to fight for the order at some point? His current plan is to move overseas as soon as possible and not come back for the foreseeable future.

Perry & Locryn
So... I can kind of see these two reading and discussing muggle literature on the sly. Maybe Time Team books, seeing as Perry likes archaeology and Locryn would probably be able to get his hands on them, seeing as his family's not traditionally been against fraternizing with muggles? I'm sure they could have fun trying to discover all the times when there's signs of magic in the archaeology from before the statute that the muggles overlooked. Possibly a bit of a secret due to what they're doing, but I think they might get on well enough in general as well, so maybe friends?

Lily & Murtagh
Might come in to ask questions about how wands function underwater from time to time, seeing as his career takes him underwater a good deal? He'd also have some concerns about whether his daughter's ability to use a wand if going to be affected by the magical damage or the resulting seizures, although as she's eight it might be a bit early to tell on that front. He'd probably like Lily and enjoy being around her anyway.
& Locryn
So... this might be a bit further in the future, but basically Locryn's family have a tendency to pass things down, which means he inherited and uses a wand made specifically for a necromancer in the 1440s in Eastern Europe and he has very little idea what this actually means. Maybe he tries to find out at one point and to that end asks Lily if she can help him by examining the wand or looking through Ollivander's records? Could be interesting for her as well, a new bit of wand lore to add to her knowledge base.
