This event will be taking place in Azkaban. This event will be a week after the attack on St. Mungo's (our event called St. Mortem). The event board will be posted early though will not be accessible until our St. Mortem event ends, thus this event will start on February 9th at 12am EST. During the St. Mortem event, some of the order members were taken by the death eaters to Azkaban. Since the death eaters took over Azkaban, it has become a prison of sorts to torture anyone siding with the order, squibs, or muggleborns. Thus anyone who was taken from the St. Mortem event, will be here being tortured since a good amount were order members, no doubt. After a week of planning and healing from their previous injuries, there will be small groups going into Azkaban to save the captured order members and perhaps, one or two familiar faces in the prison. This event will be a rescue event and will be a simple get in and get out event. The order is not there to take out death eaters, they are attempting to save their captured members and get out of Azkaban. However, some challenges may present themselves in this event. This event will take place at the end of October and be our last October event for 2026. There will not be a full moon during this event.
#1 EVENT ROLEPLAYING INFO & PARTICIPANTS
This event will be working a bit differently than St. Mortem worked. You may only sign up one of your order members to be captured. This number is important because we don't want the entire order taking up cells in Azkaban. Your captured order member that you sign up will retain their injuries from St. Mortem since the death eaters would not have healed them unless it was something such as internal bleeding. In that case, they would have healed that though only for their entertainment of torturing a living being. Keep in mind that they have in Azkaban for a week and may have picked up some new injuries. Their wands would also have been confiscated, lost in St. Mungo's (so your rescuers may have it with them), or were broken in half by the death eaters thus they have no wand on them to defend themselves. As for the rescuers, you may only sign up two of your order members to help rescue someone and they must be in separate groups. Your order character that is assisting in a rescue, may have a nagging injury though should be completely healed because otherwise, they wouldn't participate in this rescue event. You must select an individual to rescue and both of your characters can not be saving the same person, they must be rescuing different people. As for death eaters, we will allow you to sign up all of your death eaters (since this group has the least amount). For each of your death eaters, you must choose who they will be torturing or guarding. The death eaters will be the first to post the thread in this event when the event starts. The death eater/death eaters participating must PM the order member about whether they will be torturing their character in the first post. Do not post without communicating with your prisoner. There may be more than one death eater torturing someone though we would prefer, if you choose different prisoners to torture.
#2 SIGNING UP If you are signing up, we ask you to follow the form below. Remember if you had injuries in St. Mortem, they transfer over to this event and you can add to them because they have been getting tortured for a week! If we decline or ask you to volunteer for another group, it is because we do not want the groups too large, so no one gets lost in roleplaying. We recommend 5 people to participate in each group. If you don't see a group 2, 3, etc it is because we will post groups as more prisoners are posted! Students may not participate unless they were captured during St. Mortem and were participating in that event.
