 YOU'RE GONNA CATCH A COLD
from the ice inside your soul Matsue.. why on earth was she here anyways? Oh right… she was sent by her brother to stay put in an abandoned castle until someone comes to pick her up. Hayley kicked a rock as she made her way to the huge castle, how on earth would she get in there anyways? It wasn’t like she had huge skills in lockpicking. The girl mumbled something about kicking her brother’s ass when she gets her hands on him in Australia when she saw someone sneaking into the castle. The girl frowned as she quickly made her way to the castle as well.
Hayley didn’t know how to fight and neither did she have her wand with her. Using it though would betray her nonetheless until her seventeenth birthday which was in about a month. The redhead tiptoed up onto the stairs and looked around for anyone who could have spotted her. Of course no one did, it was after all dark and no one would check on a castle in the dark right? Hayley walked through the open door and held a can of pepperspray in her hand.
Maybe a bit too muggle for the typical wizard but honestly.. she was dealing with someone who also broke into the castle she was at herself. “ If it is a death eater I swear to god they don’t have a life. Who would go after a sixteen year old in godforsaken Japan. “ she whispered and took a peek around the corner of the entrance door. She saw no one, was she imagining things? Hayley shook her head as she let down her guard a bit and started exploring the castle.
Her brother never mentioned where to hide but she surely figured he would mean somewhere else than the hallway. Hayley walked up stairs and after a few huffs and puffs she reached the third floor. She wasn’t used to stairs anymore.. Hogwarts was kind of a piece of history to her legs. Hayley saw an open door while the others were all closed. Why would that door be open? Maybe I did see someone! The girl held her can of pepperspray ready to be used at any time as she walked into the room. Well she at least didn’t see anyone here. The girl sighed as she decided to look around.
Hayley heard a sound and stumbled over her own feet, landing on her back. “ ouch! .. geez.. “ she spoke out giving up on this whole spy thing. She just terribly sucked at sneaking and this was the proof. She could barely see anything in the dark and maybe she was just too paranoid these days. Another sound made her eyes grow and her hand gripped tighter around the pepper spray. “ Eh.. Hello?”

from the ice inside your soul Hayley was kind of stunned, she did not mean to stand out in the crowd and she definitely didn’t want to get caught in a public super market. You would wonder who would be so stupid to attack people in a supermarket with magic sticks but honestly who ever said that those death eaters won with brains? Hayley sighed as she fixed her groceries in her cart and though she had seen this face before, it took her for a second to actually come up with a name. Potter. He was one of the Potter kids… you had the order leader James, him and a girl.
Hayley saw them a few times when her ass got saved by the order. She didn’t say anything about it though, it would be stupid to suddenly yell “ hey I know you! “ in the middle of a supermarket… not a healthy thing to do. Hayley turned to the young male who acknowledged her problem and she smiled a wide friendly smile. “ I knew I wasn’t alone in this. “ she chuckled and watched him pass her by like she meant nothing after all. Maybe she thought of the wrong person, had her hopes up too high.
Who would ever take a risk of adopting me. I mean let’s face the facts, I’m sixteen and no one adopts a teenager in their homes. she sighed again as she placed the milk back in its place and raised a brow when she heard the same man talk to her again. Hayley turned to him and gave him a soft smile. “ Perhaps. Albus Potter wasn’t it? I’m Hayley.” She spoke softly and slid her hands into the pockets of her coat. Her Hufflepuff scarf kept her nice and warm.
The redhead knew a bit of the potters, she knew their father was somewhat a legend, though her idol still is Hermione. Muggleborn and one of the strongest women alive, someone like that should be praised. Well at least she thinks that Hermione is alive.. its not like she knows everything around here. Hayley was trying to keep her head low until this war has blown over. Though she might be doing a lot of this to herself. Hayley could have gotten an excuse and gone to a normal hospital but she was stupid enough to go to St. Mungo’s.
Though honestly this is the first time she ever talked with an order member.. in other times she was either knocked out or too scared to contact them. “ Pleasure to meet you.”

from the ice inside your soul Hayley slid her hands in the pockets of her coat as she quickly found herself walking to a park. Hayley loved places like those but mere idea of getting caught here scared the heck out of the young girl. Hayley hasn’t found the order yet, people who might be able to help her out a little. She knew they were giving her financial support, who else would? Hayley sighed as she wore her hufflepuff scarf underneath her coat. It wasn’t visible and it wasn’t in sight but it did warm her body.
Hayley would be one of those people who easily would catch a cold and she didn’t want that whatsoever. As her feet dragged her to the park, her eyes moved to find any suspicious people around here. She didn’t trust anyone and she shouldn’t either. This was one of the active death eater spots, so she had been told and the girl didn’t like being caught by them here at all. The redhead yawned as she grew pretty tired from this life and made her way over to a bench where she soon saw two people near it.
Hayley walked up at them for some reason and figured asking directions wouldn’t be so bad. It would look pretty normal. Hayley though knew one face of the two. OWEN! The girl paced a bit faster and though she wanted to wrap him into a hug she knew she couldn’t do that. It would look stupid and pretty strange too. Hayley controlled herself but instead she held her hands up and gave them a warm smile. “ Good evening gentlemen. I’m looking for Baker street. “ she spoke softly and couldn’t help but have a bigger smile when she saw Owen.
It was really him! She hasn’t seen him in ages and to her ages would be at least a week. Hayley smiled at the stranger as well showing she meant no harm whatsoever. She couldn’t help but look around a bit just to see if she wasn’t followed by anyone else. Knowing Owen he wouldn’t hang with the Death Eaters so that meant that this man was either a kind stranger or an order member right? Hayley being her naïve little self grabbed a map from her pocket.
“ See? I cant find it anywhere! “

YOU'RE GONNA CATCH A COLD
from the ice inside your soul Ordinary days, oh how she loved to just have ordinary days in her life right now. Hayley somehow felt that her life was blessed by this tiny moment of something only ordinary people seem to do. Groceries. Hayley was standing in one of the biggest supermarkets there was to find in London. The idea of going back to Australia didn’t feel good and she hasn’t planned on going back either. Hayley sighed happily as she pushed the cart forward that was carrying her groceries for her. The girl was looking at the fruits and vegetables department but nothing seemed to be appealing to her.
The girl sighed as she grabbed some bananas and mandarins. When she found the vegetables she got herself some carrots and onions. She knew what she would make tonight, it would be something from a different country but oh so delicious. Hayley got herself some potatoes and moved her cart to the dairy products. So this is what life did to her, give her a useless muggle life while having no parents or family to turn to. Hayley grabbed herself together knowing exactly who to turn to.
There is this muggleborn boy she knew from school. They were good friends in school but with the things going south for muggleborns and she found herself growing closer to him just so she wont be the only one in this whole mess. “ I wonder how he is holding up. I knew he was in the hospital too but I haven’t seen him ever since I got out. “ she whispered as she grabbed two bottle of milk. If there was one passion beside music for her it would be cooking.
Hayley loved cooking, it took her mind off of many things in this world. The girl sighed and looked around in the basically empty store. Most people were at work at this time of the day or students in school. Hayley turned around the corner and made her way to the meat department when she had her cart bump into someone else’s. What does she have with bumping into people the whole time? She sighed and gave the person she bumped into an apologizing look as she pulled her cart out of the way.
“ I am so sorry. I feel like such an idiot. Are you okay?” she spoke and was glad her milk bottles were still intact. Groceries were pretty expensive these days and she didn’t want to mess up the little money she had left. Hayley didn’t really have a job and she got financial support from the order which was very kind but she really just wanted a home and not live alone. The girl turned to the person she bumped into and really hoped she didn’t hurt them.
“ I really didn’t mean to , I was just thinking and have you ever got that idiot habit of thinking and not paying attention at all, I do and it really stinks. Oh I’m sorry now I am rambling. “

YOU'RE GONNA CATCH A COLD
from the ice inside your soul Muggle London, the place to be stuck in when you have no place to go and no one to turn to. Hayley had been hiding out between London and Diagon Alley a lot, switching between them was rather easy since no one knew how she looked like. She wasn’t the only redhead on this place and there was a price on her name rather than on her head. The girl though still wore a beanie on her head as she walked through the secret passage into Diagon Alley. The streets were crowded and so it wasn’t hard to blend in with the crowd.
Lately it has been a lot of blending in and looking around for people who could either snitch on her or ignore her. Hayley walked into the only store that is safe in her mind and that is the Weasley shop. The girl had bought here many things that so far saved her life and so she needed some more. Hayley walked into a corner looking at the love potions taking one vial just in case. You never know when its useful. The girl turned around and watched children dragging their parents inside making them look at all the colorful things.
Hayley remembered when she was just a kid, she was highly afraid of the shop. Everything that was magic scared her a bit and just when she got over the fear of using magic and blowing things up, she got sent away. The girl placed the vial in the basket and looked further on for more products. She loved the tale of the store being owned by a set of twins who were doing this for fun in school, quit school and now are famous. Sadly one of them died in the first war.
Hayley grabbed a few trick wands and figured she could always throw them at the death eaters and watch them fail.. it isn’t like they were smart enough to see the difference. Hayley grabbed some dark powder things and fireworks and was ready to check out when she hit someone with the basket. “ no no no!” she cried as the basket fell and the powder exploded making the whole black of smoke. She coughed as she grabbed everything she could get her hands on and threw them all back in the basket.
Hayley couldn’t see a thing and all she saw was a flash of red hair that she had hit. She would use her wand but it was broken and she hasn’t been to Ollivander’s yet to get herself a new one. Hayley sighed as the smoke washed over and she could see who she had hit. It was a weasley boy she met in school when she was still in it. She couldn’t remember his name but she did know that he was a kind guy. “ I am so incredibly sorry. I will pay for the rest I swear. “ she stated and got up on her feet.

from the ice inside your soul Hayley wasn't sure how she would do all this now once more. She had been thinking of a solution from behind that table but it came up with nothing but more trouble. As soon as she sat down for a moment to think on how to save her own ass with a broken arm, the table got destroyed. It also launched her to the wall and Hayley could catch herself just so to avoid another spell.
"Really? Can't you guys ever catch a damn break!" the australian girl called out and looked around for any solution possible, if only it mean an escape. Hayley then saw a woman who claimed that she wanted to help her fight. Hayley was too desparate not to accept and looked at the death eaters. " well they won't let us leave this fast. Wait.. I know something. " she spoke, a bit too fast to probably understand.
Hayley ran over to a table full of explosive cauldrons and threw them at the death eaters and kicked the table so the rest would also fall their way. Now it was time to leave. The girl ran back to the woman and grabbed her broken wand. She wasnt going to leave it behind.
Hayley looked at the other woman and hoped that she knew what they could do next. " Okay i'm out of ideas right now. " she spoke her good arm holding onto the broken one. She was running out of options and out of ideas.. but the cauldrons would leave them busy for a while.

@angelique && Paige Yes they might know one another somehow in those few years difference indeed. Paige used to be a big social bird when she had a happy life so she might even try to be friends with her. Paige would gladly take him under her wing, she would do everything to make sure those death eaters wish they never even opened the doors of Hogwarts ^.^ @angelique Yes I would like that and maybe Angelique could help Hay out somewhat since Hay has no home or life anymore.
@angelique Ariella loved making friends in school because she thought nothing could hurt her perfect bubble world but with the war she doubts every single choice anyone ever made for her or the ones she made herself. The girl really leans into the DE side because she believes that hiding and living under a rock until this is over will never help her. Neither does she know that the Death Eaters might kill her if she showed her face so yes she could use a friend xD
@angelique Oh yes these two would be great friends! Isadora would probably make Angelique laugh without realizing it but it doesn’t bother her much. They could be two bulbs of light in a dark building  (that’s how izzy sees herself)
@waters && Ariella Oh yes a lot of tension between these two right here. Ariella is not pleased about the choice he made with hiding her away from the world. And she really wants to be out there and fight. Though she would never risk her family’s life like she thinks Arik did, Ariella is really thinking of joining the DE to protect them better than Arik is doing. But right now she is a confused young girl who’s mind is still free to be made up  I think that if she sees him after all these years she would be relieved and pissed off at the same time. Could be fun
@winters && Ariella To him she might have a huge, you’re not my father attitude. She always felt like being daddy’s little princess because she didn’t have a mom to start with. The idea of being protected by an old man who she doesn’t like and probably doesn’t trust. She wouldn’t like negotiating with him but if it gets her out of the hole they live in I’m all up for it. Yes this could be very interesting.
ZIGGY MICHA'EL MORENO_ && Paige Well yes you see its not that she has a lot of walls up its more that she is like many others a tortured soul in Hogwarts and she right now just wants those death eaters burn for their crimes. She lost someone very close to her heart and her family doesn’t understand why she is hurt so badly by it because they don’t care for love. Its complicated but she would love to have him as a friend.
@yara && Paige Yess these two would know each other well and maybe even be friends.
SCORPIUS HYPERION MALFOY && Ariella Oh yes Ariella could flirt her sexy butt off with him if she wanted to and make her grandfather regret every inch of her blood –does an evil laugh- Maybe they can grow a huge friendship too
PRISCILLA NICOLE CARROW && Isadora Cool, maybe they could be friends as children and though Izzy is more into the neutral zone and doesn’t wanna mingle in with anyone, she might not appreciate Risa putting pressure on her. Could be awesome to thread out

from the ice inside your soul Panic. That is what she heard when she woke up from a horrible attempt to sleep. The mere idea of something bad happening in this place sent shivers to the girl’s spine. Hayley already felt horrible when she was sent off to god knows where after being beaten and hunted down. Australia wasn’t an option for her anymore, her brother was murdered. Hayley got out of the bed and quickly changed into her jeans and sweater. The sounds weren’t close to her just yet so she had some time to get dressed and make a run for it.
Her green eyes searched for her wand when the door was blasted open. Her eyes widened as she saw people she feared most in her life. Hayley quickly grabbed her wand and made a run for it. Hayley ran into some people and whether they were order members or not, she could care less. It was life or death right now and just when she reached a set of stars she saw people battling one another. The hospital was being terrorized by the death eaters. Why did they have to ruin everything on their paths?
Hayley sighed as she couldn’t see people coming after her at this time. The girl rushed herself up to the fifth floor, every time she looked behind her just in case. The last thing she wants is to be killed in the back. Hayley took a few deep breathes as her condition isn’t as it should be and pushed open the doors that would have led her to the fifth floor. She didn’t need this and she surely didn’t want this to happen to her. All she got was a letter telling her she is special and she can go to a special school and now she is on the run for her little life.
“ Oh holy oreos. “ she said as she faced two scary death eaters right there. How come she could never catch a break in this world. Hayley held out her wand but it was useless… the thing was broken by those bastards before she even ended up in this place. Hayley still wanted to try though. “ Expelli.. oh shit.” The wand backfired and she flew in the air and hit the wall with her back. With a growl she got up on her feet and looked at those death eaters.
There were many things she could hide behind until she cooked up some plan to get her ass to safety. “ You know people.. I really wanted to have a sick day from this. “ she sighed and kicked a table so she could hide behind it. She had no clue what she could do just yet to save her butt from this.

The child she was sitting next to was a few years younger, she figured a third year at most. The girl seemed so innocent and so pure, something Hayley would never like to see destroyed. the animal inside me will destroy everything on its path, and here sits a precious little flower. As the girl spoke Hayley just smiled as she played a small melody which sounded similar to the one the girl played.
“I’m a muggleborn and so I grew up with these. By the sound of your voice I would say that you grew up in an environment without people like you playing muggle instruments. This is called an acoustic guitar. “ she said softly, her voice almost singing it but not yet. Hayley never sang in public but the music made her calm and the beast inside of her slept because of it. Music was her remedy and cure to everything that isn’t as pure.
“ I was planning to play music alone but I guess its far more fun sitting with other people. “ it was true, alone wasn’t as much fun as being around people. Of course sometimes it can be quite enjoyable but Hayley functioned better around people rather than being alone and so she wanted to make the girl feel like she doesn’t have to be alone herself. Hayley could tell that this girl is used to being a loner and it saddened her a bit.
Hayley gave the girl a smile as she played a small tune that would be the river flows’s introduction. Hayley was well known in the art of music and her passion to be a traveling bard wouldn’t change anything. “ It isn’t my type of song but I do know it a bit. “ |
