Nelly would probably be very wary of him despite his friendliness. The fact that he is known around Death Eater circles will make her super cautious. Still he is very nice and a Hufflepuff so she may be a bit confused by him. I can see her being very stand offish at first but Matty being a sweetie would probably win her over eventually. I'd love a thread with these two.

Perhaps, Ant bought or traded stuff with him on occasion? Ant hates squibs so their relationship was probably always humorous … always hating on Jay when he was trading with him but Jay just had to deal with it because Ant was a customer and he didn’t have a wand so there’s that. lol. Maybe when Ant would come in he’d just ignore Jay and be like "where is your brother.. I can’t even take you seriously”….lol or something. What do you think? Jay && Alastair Let’s see… how should these two have met before the BBQ? Maybe something to do with him being a Private Investigator? Maybe Alastair was trying to pin down one of his customers for some kind of case? IDK Or maybe they met a few years ago in Diagon Alley… when Alastair was helping his children shop for school? And now he just go back into contact with him knowing that he is a squib? Jay && Tomas Perhaps these two work together on occasion… since Tomas is into stealing and Jay isn’t selling? Even though Jay isn’t in the wizarding world per say he still has his connections and still has some wizarding artifacts he trades with wizards now and then. Jay && Alyssa It would be funny if these two were neighbors. Where does she live? IDK i just think it would be entertaining if every time he looked out his window he saw his hot neighbor coming and going and he is like freaking out trying to play it cool all the time. Ideas?

Sounds quite plausible. Ant would totally hate on Jay the entire time but still buy things because Jay had what he needed then and there, rather than having to wait for another store to... acquire... what he needed. but with Jay not being in Diagon anymore, I don't think they'll have any more reason to interact. Also. I would have imagined Ant threatening Jay with his fangs. Because he can.

I like the meeting a few years back when Alastair was shopping with Catherine. Maybe he came into the comic store not knowing it was Jay's and they are just like "oh... Well... I remember you." or something.

Tomas would really love to remove the magical items from a squibs possession. Jay doesn't know how to properly care for them, after all. Maybe he comes in beforehand to case the place? Check security and all that fun stuff.

@lucyweasley and @matty I think the two of them could be friends...they're both nice people and Order supporters, although Lucy is more focused on being uptight and professional more than Mathis is, I believe, but that wouldn't really deter them from being friends. Maybe sometimes when he's slacking off she could get bossy and try to get him to straighten up. @lucyweasley and HUGO ARTHUR WEASLEYSo...cousins! Lucy loves her Weasley relatives to bits and often gravitates towards them because she does NOT like her father's fiancee and her half-brother. She views the Weasleys has he true family members and the only people who she has left, especially after sister Molly and her mother's death. She'd love Hugo, of course, but I can see her being a little annoyed by his what you would call "cowardice". It doesn't have as much to do with bravery as acting properly courageous...well, she does want him to be courageous, but also because she thinks it's proper for a Weasley, as their last name has a brave legacy to it xD. Again, she's pretty bossy and a perfectionist, and I guess he would find her overbearing sometimes? But she'd love him nonehteless. |

Matty has a ton of crap on her plate and I could see him getting all puppy-eyed with her to try and get left alone. Though to be honest he might try to avoid associating with her in public since he's still trying to keep an in with his family of Death Eaters.

She can be annoyed all she'd like but Hugo is just going to look at her like she's a bit insane. He'd want her to butt out and keep her nose to herself. But he'd still save her if it came down to it.

And this sounds like a really good plot. Poor Hugo, I can definitely understand him xD. She's actually more cautious than she seems, but yup, she's also got that chivalry stupidity in her and one of these days Hugo might need to heal her as a result. Normally if she's just like, paying him a visit I guess she wouldn't bug him too much unless he did something to show his "cowardice" (I'd like to call this common sense) that she doesn't agree with. We could always have a thread with them and see how it goes?

Lucy and Matty -Matty has probably been acting as he should (aka seem to support death eaters... even though he's friends with zig and cam) for a long while now. Maybe they can just be secret friends. Lucy & Hugo -Haha. Maybe after I finish the Eric/Hugo thread we could do a "Hugo returning to his apartment at balls'o'clock to find his cousin snuck out or something" or yeah. A nice aftermath thing to let her interrogate him about hanging with muggles. Even though she's younger. And he prolly won't answer properly. Violet & Lyss -I was actually thinking something very similar to this!  Lyss and John are actually Ravenclaw buddies (though they don't remember each other). I won't lie though, Lyss isn't thinking to highly of her friend right now what with the whole cheating going on. She probably won't think twice about berating Violet about the whole thing either. |

So My Lindir is a pureblood supporter of the Death Eaters and is delighted that the school is taken over by DEs. He's happy that the curriculum is more dark and muggleborns are gone. He's also a courteous lad to everyone left in the school for the most part, though, because he knows that even if other kids disagree with the DE they can't do anything about it, although he can get a little harsh to people who vehemently disagree in front of him. Perhaps Lindir is someone who Matty hangs out with to look like he supports the DE?

DELLA & MATHISso these two don't have a whole lot in common, in fact. he's a happy-go-lucky kind of guy while she's mostly cold and really reserved around pretty much anybody. but he seems like such a nice guy, i couldn't help but throw della out there for some plotting. um, i was thinking something along the lines of acquaintances/friendish? DELLA & HUGOso i know you mention in the plotter that hugo doesn't do well with new faces, but i don't see della being in the hospital wing too often for her to be a familiar face. let me just say that i have a feeling they could get along, even if it's just as acquaintances, barely friends even. della could end up in the infirmary for some minor injury that she got while practicing a spell or something. i also like the fact that he seems to enjoy herbology. even though she refuses to admit she has a green thumb, she likes herbology a lot. they could probably have an encounter in the greenhouses or something  s'all i have for now
