this thread is for our muggleborns, adults, muggles, and squibs to claim their jobs. some of our jobs have requirements that are solely based on their NEWTs because they are jobs that require high scores in certain subjects. our quidditch players are also required to have had experience, having played on their school teams. to refer to who played on certain school teams for certain years, view our current professional quidditch players to see what position they played during their school years and for how many years. this is to avoid saying michael and john were both seekers of the gryffindor quidditch teams of 2000 because two seekers on a team are not allowed. view below for the requirements for a certain job. if your job requires NEWTs then you must first post here and then here before claiming a job in this thread. if this is next to our newt requirements --- (30+) -- then a certain age requirement applies to that job as well.

professional quidditch player requirements

in order to be a professional quidditch player, you must have previously played on your school's team in the same position as you desire on the team. if your character just graduated from school, they must first be a reserve player on the professional quidditch team of their choosing. a reserve player is someone who will play in the place of an actual player, if there is an injury. after a year spent as a reserve player, they may be promoted to the team's roster.

Wizards and witches have to make a living, too. This is a list of all the available jobs we have open. Please keep in mind that you MUST BE 16 YEARS OR OLDER TO HAVE A JOB unless otherwise stated above in our job requirements. If there is a job that is not listed that you want, just post below and you will be placed under other jobs.

If you are an auror, the department was blown to bits by the death eaters and you are on the run from them. Aurors have most likely spent their time looking for muggleborns to help teach magic to, keeping squibs safe, and avoiding the death eaters at all cost. Former aurors who failed the auror training and guarded Azkaban, the ones who are left, are a small group that are looking for the aurors. They have been branded with the dark mark and use their knowledge from auror training to enable them to search for the aurors. There are a small amount of both groups since a majority of them were killed off by the death eaters in the original takeover.

If you are an unspeakable or in training to be one, you will be researching all areas of magic along with keeping track of all the pureblood families in the wizarding world. If you are a hit witch/wizard, your job is the same as before though it is more directed at squibs, muggleborns, and any order members attempting to bring justice to the death eaters.

Keep in mind, not every person in the ministry is evil and may cause trouble for the death eaters.
