here you may enter in your adult's newt grades from when they attended hogwarts or any other magical school. each school follows the same grading system and require the same subjects though focus heavier on certain subjects than hogwarts may. hogwarts strives to focus on each subject equally. beauxbatons focuses heavily on perfecting charms and herbology. durmstrang focuses heavily on dart arts and potions. if your student attended a different school that is not mentioned in this claim, pm GAMBIT for information on what your school would focus heavily on. owls are essential for our adults to claim as it shows their strengths and weaknesses. this claim is mandatory for any adults that are looking to have jobs that require newt grades to be qualified for their job. you may choose what your adult received during their school years for newts. newt level classes are only permitted to be taken, if your adult has earned a 'E' in a subject. for example, to take the defense against the dark arts newt level class, your character should have earned a 'E' or a 'O' in their defense against the dark arts owl. before claiming your newt level grades, you must post in here first. for newts, there are no certain classes required to be taken as the students focus more on the classes that they achieved higher grades on for their newt level classes. we do ask that your character takes at least 5 newt level classes though they may take less, if they failed all of their owls. if you want to know what newt grades you need for certain jobs, you may find those requirements here.
